Falcon Heavy Launch by Elon Musk’s SpaceX was a spectacular and beautiful display of cutting edge technology and human will. Not only the rocket has delivered its load into orbit, both boosters were recovered by landing at the same time back on Earth. The only thing that went wrong was that the main core failed to ignite two out of three engines and slammed into the ocean only 300 feet away from its landing platform.
However, as spectacular as the Falcon Heavy launch was, what will probably be remembered by most of the people is that they saw a cool little red car flying through space! We have to understand that most people in the world don’t know much about Tesla if anything at all, and as this event was featured as the main headline on most news stations and then shared heavily on social media around the world, this puts Tesla ( and hopefully electric cars ) on the map for millions of people who otherwise would have not heard about it for a while.
