Tesla Model 3 Production To Double This Month?

Tesla maybe ready to double their production rate of the Model 3 electric sedan. They have just registered a new batch of weekly VINs and this one has almost 5,000 new VINs indicating a major ramp up. Even though historically the registration of VINs and the actual production rate appeared to be a few weeks apart, this is certainly more than double of the last registration indicating a major production increase.

Even if Tesla goes back to around 1,500 vehicles per week after the record week of 2,020 Model 3 produced this certain indicates the VIN registration increase reported 3 weeks ago.

Fingers crossed that Tesla is finally at the point where they can ramp up production significantly in the next couple of months and meet their goal of 5,000 Model 3 sedans per week by the end of Q2.
