Tesla has been taking its Semi Truck and its Roadster on the road to show its employees, customers and the world. The latest stop was at the Budweiser facility in Saint Louis to showcase the semi truck to one of its biggest future customers. The truck was spotted supercharging in route where two different cables were running out of its charging port, then going through some sort of a converter box and then being plugged into two separate supercharger stalls that were a bit apart. I’m assuming the stalls needed to be connected to two separate power sources rather than the shared ones.
It is impressive that Tesla had not only developed the truck with some feedback from the trucking industry but is continuing to seek more feedback while bringing the semi truck to production.
